Boo-Boo Ray was identified on August 31, 2006 at Manta Village by Cynthia Hankins. She was a pup and approximately 4 feet wide but has grown to 8-9 feet. Her name will always remind Cynthia that she got a boo-boo during the night dive when she excited the rough shoreline along the Keauhou dive site.
Boo-Boo Ray is a rare visitor but when she shows up everyone is impressed with her size, beauty and grace.
