Eli Ray was identified on December 6, 2010 at Manta Village. He was a pup and approximately 4 feet wide but has now matured to 7-9 feet wing tip to wing tip.
Eli Ray was shy at first but is seen regularly and he doesn’t mind close-ups to divers and snorkelers.
DESCRIPTION OF MARKINGS
This manta has a lot of spunk with his marking looking like a “rock on” hand gesture! He also has one little dot above his main spot pattern.
