Maluhia Ray was identified on April 21, 1996 at Manta Village. She is a grown female with 14-16 feet wingspan and rivals “Big Bertha” in size.
Maluhia means “peace” in Hawaiian.
Since 2005 she has been seen pregnant several times. She is a great entertainer at the Manta Experience, will come close to the divers and performs wonderful acrobatics in midwater.

Maluhia’s main marking resembles a shaka or hand with a long thumb. She also has 1x dot just above the space by the thumb.

She is missing her left wingtip.
