Ryan Ray was identified on Dec 10, 2006 at Manta Heaven by Ryan Leinbach. She was a young female with an approximately 8-10 feet wide fin span.
She has only been seen a few times along the coast. Her namesake is Ryan Leinbach, a long-time manta enthusiast, boat captain, underwater photographer, and the best manta-ID person we know off.
