Curly Ray was first identified on September 3, 1999 at Manta Heaven. We estimate his wingspan at 8-10 feet.
He is quite a social guy as well as a ladies man. If there is a female in heat he is often seen in the mating train. Curly is very comfortable at the nightly “dinner table” and will bump divers heads trying to get as much food as possible. He is usually seen at Manta Heaven but he will go to Manta Village, especially if there is a female involved.
At some point in his past Curly encountered something that shredded his back end and took off part of a clasper. He was able to keep his tail but it is not straight.
DESCRIPTION OF MARKINGS
Curly has a solid spot pattern with one “hook” in the middle. However, he is most easily identified by his scaring in the pelvic area and wavy tail.
