Grayer Ray

Grayer was identified on August 24th, 2008 during a day dive at Honokohau Harbor. He was approximately 7 feet across.

He was a very shy manta ray at first and stayed close to the bottom and away from the “action” and other mantas. One night in September 2009 he was the only manta ray at Manta Heaven and it was his break-thru in getting comfortable with the bubbles and lights. Today he is one of our main “performers” at the manta experience.
