Juli was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and spent her summers on Galveston Island, where she fell in love with the ocean and all the creatures that live inside. Being enamored with animal behaviors, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology at Texas A&M University, Galveston. Juli is now living the dream by traveling around the world observing one marine species at a time. In her free time, outside of the water, her hobbies include hiking, volunteering at Ke Kai Ola, birding, and attending baseball games.
